I won and award from http://www.joysinmylife.blogspot.com/  (who I now know IRL and have hung out w/ on a number of occasions…she is awesome) and have been challenged to tell you 7 things about myself.  Thank you so much for the award.  Hope these whet your appetite to know more about me:

1. I have an obesession w/smells.  And we have a dog so the two don’t always go together.  I’m always doing plug in’s and  lighting candles.
2. Popcorn is my favorite snackfood.  I have a whirleypop popcorn popper that lets me put in the type and amount of oil I want and I pop on the stove.  YUM!  I’m also a fan of caramel popcorn.
3. I JUST started eating sushi.  Still am unable to use chop sticks and actually get food to my mouth, but I’ve grown to really love sushi!
4. I’m only 4’11 and 3/4″ tall. 
5. We just got a new foam latex bed and I’m sleeping better than I have in years.  We were able to afford said bed because of donations from my MIL and my parents.
6. I tried to go gluten free and failed so now I’m about 1/2 gluten free, but I’ve grown to love quinoa because of it.
7. I’m a SAHM, but I really miss working, using my brain, and the social aspect of work.

LG is doing great. She seems to have turned a corner and is being behaving a lot better.   I am doing better physically, not perfect, but better .  Slowly slowly, layer by layer things improve. 

We have fairly new Anderson windows, were able to replaced the window which is good since it’s cold, but the white fiberglass has been broken and needs to be replaced (sigh).  I think she was hanging her little body on the window, it wasn’t locked, and that’s how it happened.  The screen was in the winow still so she wasn’t going anywhere.  When I walked in the room, she and the window were on the floor.
