I think my sisters had different configurations but still aunts/uncles, so I wouldn't worry about that. Will the godparents play a special role in LG's life, or is it just for the sake of the day? Only one will be put on the paperwork (must be practicing catholic) but the other one can be an honorary godmother and can be part of the ceremony.
